Not Forsaking the Assembly Pt. 2: The Ordinary Means of Grace!

The local church isn’t optional for Christians—it’s essential for spiritual health. The Greek word ‘ecclesia’ means those called out to assemble together, and Christ established local gatherings for a reason. Many believers today skip church due to cultural shifts and a ‘coffee shop Christianity’ mentality, but this weakens them spiritually. God has established ordinary means of grace through corporate worship, prayer, fellowship, preaching, and sacraments that you cannot receive alone. While church hurt and personal shame are real obstacles, forgiveness and community are the solutions, not abandonment of the body.
